Purpose is defined. While striving for collective vocational building, the development of our community, or striving for traditional greatness, it must be a purposefully prepared plan. It requires focus and avoids aimless wondering and accepting of what ever comes.

Each of the principals of Kwanzaa require strategic planning and effort. The strategy requires that a plan be developed, implemented, reviewed as necessary and carried to completion. Each person is required to carry a full measure. Purpose is essential in the lives of all of us and we should be committed to using these important principals to ensure that we work for the greatness that is within.
