Often, we think of creativity in connection with the arts,
but it is much more than that! Creativity is the ability to dream. The ability to envision and innovate in all aspects of our lives.
The problem with dreaming? Believe it or not, is that we don’t dream big enough. We often limit our dreams as not being realistic until we look at the lives of those who have been creative and see that they did not limit themselves. The difference is that they did not stop with the dream. They made it possible. They started with the dream but took steps to make it real.
Action is the magic word. These innovators and inventors took action to make it real. Creativity is like any other skill, it must be used, it must be cared for, and it takes action to make it real. All things that you are capable of doing.
People often fail to go beyond the dream stage because they see the limitations, but remember when the student is ready, the teacher will appear.
Do not limit your creativity. Finding a way to make your dream real requires creativity and you have shown that you have it by coming up with the idea in the first place.
